I am Niquek Rosebury*, a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent commissioned in the State of Florida. As a member of the National Notary Association, I have been certified and background screened accordingly. I am trained through the Loan Signing System and prioritize continuing education to remain up-to-date and to serve as a reliable resource for you.
My Notary Public career began while working for CarMax Auto Superstores in 2014. As a Business Office Associate, I was responsible for guiding clients through paperwork for the purchase or sale of a vehicle. Occasionally, there were transactions with a signer acting as Power of Attorney or ones involving out-of-state titles that would require a notarization. After building up my signing cadence with confidence, it only made sense to transition to real estate transactions as a Loan Signing Agent.
In addition to my experience as a Notary Public, I have served as an IT Project Manager in the Financial, Healthcare, and Cybersecurity sectors; amplifying my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to confidently interact with and consult VIP clients.
